Exposing "Fake Preachers" (a book excerpt from an upcoming free book by Alfred)
1 Chronicles 16:22 KJV
Saying, Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm.
The word of God clearly says. Touch not my anointed and do my prophet no harm.
That includes touching him with your tongue or trying to harm his reputation.
You may say well I'm sure so and so is not a "Real" man of God because he is out of line with this scripture and that scripture.
You may indeed be right with the fellow being out of line with the word of God part, perhaps in their actions or beliefs or what they preach or all of the above.
However, note that people's calling are predestined.
Some have been called before the womb. Like Jacob, Moses, John the Baptist, etc.
Jeremiah 1:5 KJV
Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.
Some have been called into ministry while in the womb.
Many were called into ministry while they were still in the world like Saul on the road to Damascus; who later changed his name to Paul.
God has called billions of people into ministry before they even knew one sentence or phrase from the word of God.
So that Pastor on TV or on the internet that you might call fake is you playing the role of the devil (the accuser of the brethren) and saying that Pastor is exempt from the love of God and the call of God only because you don't like him because their understanding of scripture in one area is wrong. When God clearly even calls people from the womb who don't even know any scripture and have not even learnt to speak yet.
If a preacher on TV or the internet is wrong on some scriptures or in how they live their life, mind your own business and focus on your own ministry. You are not the one they should answer to. You didn't call them into ministry.
Romans 14:4 KJV
Who art thou that judgest another man's servant? to his own master he standeth or falleth. Yea, he shall be holden up: for God is able to make him stand.
Don't misunderstand the scripture that talks about reproofing, admonishing, and rebuking one another. Then use that as an excuse to justify your thirst to point out all the things others are doing wrong either out of genuine concern or for selfish reasons.
2 Timothy 4:2 KJV
Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.
1 Timothy 5:20 AMP
As for those [elders] who continue in sin, reprimand them in the presence of all [the congregation], so that the rest will be warned.
Those scriptures are talking about reproofing, admonishing, and rebuking Christians who are close to you and would listen to you. It you calling out your buddies if any of them misses it and needs to be set straight. It's them being able to call you out if you need to be set straight because you missed it in any area and stepped astray. It's a system of looking out for each other. Helping & supporting each other so we all make it; all growing spiritually living no room for spot or blemish; creating a united and stronger body of believers.
You reproof, admonish, and rebuke people who would listen to you. The words specifically suggest talking directly to the people; having an in person discussion with them.
The closest thing in this world today would be having an intervention with your friends.
That's the type of thing you do when you reproof, admonish, and rebuke. Not getting on the internet and telling a whole bunch of strangers filled with both non - Christians & Christians about what some other Christian somewhere else did that was wrong. That's just gossiping and attempting to tarnish one's image. It's not reproofing, admonishing, or rebuking.
Imagine a parent rebuking a child by going to strangers who don't even know what a child did wrong or may not even know the child but parent figures to rebuke the child who isn't even present there the parent tells the strangers what the child did wrong in order to convince them their child was wrong.
Imagine that!
That's what you're doing when you go on the internet to "expose fake Preachers."
There is no such thing as a ministry of "exposing fake preachers". God didn't call anybody to expose Preachers.
If you notice a Preacher say or do something wrong and you feel you must do something, pray for them and send them or their spiritual head a gift that includes perhaps some literature or sermon with the right understanding about that scripture. It's probably best you don't send them a custom sermon created specifically for them.
