There are things that God cannot do not because of the lack of ability but because he is integrity and honour so he would not a violate the order which he preordained. He would not break his own laws just because he's God and the one who created the laws. For he is Honesty and Integrity just as he is himself Love.

Allow me to explain even further to give you more clarity.

God cannot lie.

Hebrews 6:18 KJV

"That by two immutable things, in which it was impossible for God to lie, we might have a strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold upon the hope set before us:"
