hello everybody I'm Alfred and you're listening to Alfred's Bible Club podcast let's open our Bible to the book of 1 Corinthians chapter 10 verse 23 I'm reading from the NIV translation I read I have the right to do anything you say but not everything is beneficial I have the right to do anything but not everything is constructed praise the Lord this portion of scripture is saying us something very important there are certain things that may not be sins to do but we shouldn't do just because we allowed to do something doesn't mean that we should do it just because a door opens doesn't mean we should walk through it you have to be more structured with your life plan your life and the planning has to be done with God I remember many years ago I was talking to someone and I was like by the age of 20 I would have hit this go by this age I would have hit this SCH by this age I would have hit this go and he said something he said all those plans never work and the reality of the matter is that in spite of the fact that those kinds of plans don't always work out how people intend them to work out oh by the age of 20 I'll be married by the age of 22 I'll have kids running up and down by the age of 25 you know this will be going on by the age of 30 whatever I'll be retired my business would have prospered I would have sold my business and all of those kinds of plans the fact that most of those plans don't work out doesn't mean that we should stop making plans it means we should plan but we should actually keep on upgrading our plan because keep in mind your plan is subject to your current knowledge and your current foresight which is based on the information that you currently have how smart you yesterday should not be how smart you are tomorrow you should be learning and growing and your Insight and your thinking the opportunities that you are able to see your ability to turn garbage into treasure to be increasing exponentially as you grow in wisom some people can turn $5 into a million in two days some people it take them two weeks some people it will take them 10 years for them to turn $5 into a million you know there will starts let's say you buy a product for $5 you sell it make profits you reinvest sell it make profit and then your Learning Journey and the cost and all of that before that person gets to a point where that person has a million doll business it will be 10 years for some people but for some other people because of the knowledge that they have they know how to use $5 and take advantage of $5 and in two days time it is a million do they can use the $5 to pay for transports to go to meet someone strike a deal even though they have no products they know that if this person agree they can to other that and middle or other things their knowledge have increased you know some people when you start out in life your relationship with your Banker is different when you start out you have to go and stand in que and all of that for most banks but the weier you get it is your Banker that calls you you no longer going to the bank to stand in the queue the banker is the one that calls you the banker is the one begging you to give you a loan some people don't know that they business right now who Bankers are struggling and begging them please let me give you money to expand your bus please let me give you money because they are in the place where they are looking for people to give them money they don't know that there's some other guy who because of the knowledge that he has and what he has done with his business the bank has looked at his business and said wow the AR eye on this guy's business just keep some expiring and expanding and Banks want to make more money so the banks are now begging him please let us give you loan please let us give you this let us give you that so his relationship is different it's only a matter of knowledge and application of the knowledge one acquires all knowledge is not created equal it is different these two people may be in the same city their kids may be going to the same school but their understanding and their relationship with the world as it relates to finances is difference you know think about somebody who is a beggar a pan Handler he's sitting on the street corner begging for money

ask do have do your M don't have body me body or he can walk into a sh and say oh this guy you have employees paying money all you have to do is give me food or give me less minimum W and I'm okay or he can be like let me just with the little money that he gets from his handl let me buy a product like let me buy water from you and what I want to do is that I'm going to supply stand in a part of town where people are testing and there a lot of traffic and people are not there's not a lot of water and I'm going to sell water there and I want you to was as I increase so that what will happen in that situation is that when the person sees that oh this guy is buying more bottles and he's selling he will give him for a good enough price that he will make profit because that is now moving the market for that guy because otherwise that guy's water will just be there and he's sending to his customers in his location but now this is somebody that is now Distributing his water to places where it is moving and where it is most needed so the same situation but different mentality changes the scenario one person is pan handling another person has taken advantage of an opportunity to start a micro business another person on the other hand will be in that same financial situation and decide to sell drugs some other person will be in that same situation and decide to be a prostitute so another person be in that same situation and decide to be a thief all mindset so how we view things our perception changes a lot of things so back to planning when you look at your life you have to plan your life and keep upgrading your plan I believe it was Emperor Napoleon who was one of the first people who started the idea of upgrading plans in the midst of battle he was the first general that is on record that came up with the idea of you go into battle with one plan and as the conditions of battle changes you keep your plan in the middle of the battle how Napoleon did it is Napoleon believe in the eye of an eag so he will stand in an advantage position he said that somebody in the midst of battle what they see happening because of the pressure they are not seeing the complete view but someone from an advantage position can see the whole battle and see what is really happening so Napoleon will stand at a position where he sees the whole battle what is really happening and then he will update his generals leading different platoons in the midst of the battle change the strategies change the strategy while the opposing Army is still using the same strategy and plan they enter the battle with so think of like a football game when you watch an American football game or an NBA basketball game you see the coach shouting and changing strategy do this do this do that in the midst of the game Napoleon was the first person who actually invented that in the midst of a battle in the midst of a war so he will upgrade his generals change this strategy do this strategy do this do this do that no other person was doing that so Napoleon would change things and structure things in the midst of battle and that is how he took his army the French army that was losing Wars he took it to the point where he almost ruled the world and he had over 95% success rate with the wars that he fought and if he had won the Battle of water we will all is speaking French today not English because the French would have been the rulers Not Great Britain not England so we W be speaking English we all be speaking French and he probably would have outlo English so English be an old outdated language like Latin if he had won the Battle of water so it just shows you how far he went with that ability of changing plans as things change because circumstances will change so you have to keep updating your plan and changing your plan as life changes and situation changes you cannot say just because I plan that by the AG of 20 I'll be here by the of 25 I'll be here by the of I'll be here just because those plan not work out doesn't mean that should stop planning as a matter of fact part of the problem that when things were changing to take things off that trajectory you didn't upgrade your plan when you had a plan that by 20 you be married or by 25 you would have kids and by 30 or 35 you would have retired when things were changing the trajectory of that possibility when you had not found a spouse a suitable spouse before 20 you didn't upgrade your plan to get you a suitable spouse or to get you to find somebody that will make you hit that go you have to keep upgrading your plans and when you do that you find yourself in a powerful situation now back to the original um scripture that we read I have the right to do anything but not everything is beneficial I have the right to do anything but not everything is constructive you have to stay away from things that are not beneficial things that are not constructive even though they may not be sin the thing is that you have a plan you have a goal you have to stick to your plan and stick to your goal stick to what you have to do in spite of the fact that that sin that you want to do may not be a sin you know life in Christ is more than just not committing sin you have to stick to a constructive plan so everything you do is part of a bigger picture of achieving your end goal thank you and God bless
